Our Technology

Feedstock Sorting & Preparation

We collect hard-to-recycle residual plastics (like shopping bags, food containers, and packaging materials) that would otherwise end up in landfills or our oceans.

The feedstock is thoroughly screened and to ensure only clean, dry and high-yield material enters our system, maximizing recovery efficiency.

Oxygen-Free "Baking"

The plastic feedstock is loaded into steel reactor drum, which is sealed completely airtight to ensure no oxygen can enter. The drum rotates slowly on heavy-duty rollers to distribute heat evenly.

​Inside an insulated brick-lined furnace, the drum is heated. Because there is no oxygen, the plastic does not catch fire; instead, it bakes and softens, vaporizing into a clean hydrocarbon gas

Cooling & Condensing (Vapor to Liquid)

The hot plastic gas exits the rotating drum and passes through a series of vertical separation tanks and horizontal condenser tubes cooled by a closed-loop water system.

As the gas cools, it condenses back into a high-grade liquid fuel oil, while the remaining solid carbon residues are cleanly captured for industrial reuse.
